All contact with our customers is usually via e-mail - therefore if you have placed an order please check your e-mail regularly!

ORDERING

Orders can be made via the online shop, by phone or by email. Two weeks notice in advance of wedding/event date is ideal but we have had to many times get orders done with only a few days notice, so if your event is only a few days away then that will not be a problem! Payment is to be made at time of ordering. If paying by cheque, please make it payable to The English Cottage Garden Nursery, of which our wedding favours site is a subsidiary.

Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery or carrier.
You will be given a delivery date by email. Orders with imminent wedding/event dates are sent out as soon as possible (we have not yet been unable to fulfill a short-notice favours order!). Other orders are sent out within a couple of weeks. However, during busy periods (eg, April to September) the wait for delivery can be as long as five weeks - BUT if that is to be the case you will be advised of this when you receive your personal (as opposed to the automated email which is sent to you when you pay) order confirmation and you can then opt for an earlier delivery date if required.

Due to the personalised and individual nature of each order, we regret refunds cannot be made unless the items are faulty in any way.
However, there may be occasions when a refund is applicable and this will be applied at our discretion if necessary.

Our online shop operates in an extremely secure environment, using Worldpay as our payment processor for credit/debit card payments. Paypal payments are similarly extremely secure. Whichever option you choose for making your payment, you will be taken to their respective secure payment pages to complete your purchase.

Any complaints regarding your order must be advised within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done via email or phone. We will endeavour to sort out any complaints within a similar timescale.
