Terms and Conditions

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or TNT. You will be notified of an exact delivery date as soon as possible after ordering. If items should arrive damaged, please sign for as damaged and inform us within 24 hours. If items are not signed for as damaged then we will not be able to refund or replace. If, in the unlikely event, you have caus eto complain about your order, please contact us immediately so that the matter can be resolved as soon as possible.


Orders can be placed by telephone, fax, letter or email. Unfortunately online payment is not possible due to the almost limitless options available!


Payment can be made by cheque, Paypal or credit/debit card. Cheques returned as unpaid will incur a £15.00 admin charge. All credit/debit card payments are processed via Worldpay using 128 bit encryption. We are also Thawte certified as a secure online business (details can be accessed via our plant nursery website - www.englishplants.co.uk).
